Hi karlsteinberg, you ask and we deliver! We’ve just done a video of the Sony H9 to go with our new full review of the camera at the Cameralabs website…

Nice review… I would love to see one for the Sony H7…

    Thanks a lot

  4. cameralabs says:

We won’t be doing one of the H7 now, but we do have one of the H9…

  5. simsons90 says:

Do you think the SP 560 is beeter than Canon S5 IS ? I want make movies and i like make manual settings in photos. What is better?

Are you gonna do a review on the sony h3

  8. cameralabs says:

Probably not… sorry! You can see all the reviews we’ve done by clicking the reviews button on the Cameralabs site…

  9. babaganoosh8925 says:

When are you going to review the sp-560uz?

  10. cameralabs says:

I’m not – it’s virtually the same. It just adds face detection and a slightly higher resolution sensor…

  11. MichaelCapelle says:

Heeeey!!! I have that camera too and it’s AWESOME! Forget all the rest, THIS is the BEST!

  12. Shooweeka says:

Monsta Magazine recommends this camera too. I think this video is helping me to decide between this and the Nikon. Which is a good camera for Artist on a budget?

  13. cameralabs says:

This camera is an older model now – I’d recommend checking the Best Buys section on the Cameralabs . com website…

  14. tipoomaster says:

so…is this some sort of crossbreed between an SLR and Point-and-Shoot?

  15. cameralabs says:

Not quite – it’s only styled to look like a DSLR – it’s really a point and shoot underneath. They call them ’super-zoom’ cameras and to see which are the best models around right now, check the Best Buys section on the Cameralabs website!

  16. tipoomaster says:

its shutter lag is also cut in half and other things are sped up as well.

  17. baderjab says:

    please demonstrate the sp-570 uz.
    thanks in advanced

  18. EASala says:

Hey there, i’ve been taking a look at your videos, and i think you do a great job here. Just wanted to say that. I just freaked out with your Oly 7-14mm review and have been looking around to see what other videos you had. I was wondering if you would make a review for the SP 570. Thanks for answering, and greetings from Spain.

  19. cameralabs says:

Hola EASala! I’m glad you loike the videos – have you seen the reviews which go with them at cameralabs . com? We may do the SP-570 in the future, but it could be a while yet…

  20. pspi says:

Thanks for the review. I ordered this camera a few weeks ago. Should be reaching me in a couple of days time. Can’t wait.

  23. KFCRIS says:

my cam!.. its awsome. i like it for some amount.. it good !

  24. tipoomaster says:

the 590 is out now…I wonder if they fixed all the speed issues the 550 had.

  25. thekiwicanuck says:

I must say, I have a LOT of respect for Olympus’ UltraZoom series!
After a C-760UZ and my current SP-510UZ, maybe a 550 is next? The only thing I miss is HD video, though the 640×480px quality is very good.
As he says, the build quality is great, I’ve subjected mine to knocks, drops, sea spray, snow, and takeaway coffees, and never any issues!
The battery life on AA NiMHs is exceptional, I’m talking days, not hours!
And if you wait for the run-out specials, they can cost half the RRP…
