Nice unboxing. Looks like a good camera. I am looking forward to your review before I buy the new Canon SX1 IS. I am leaning to the Canon because it shoots 1080P and this is 720P but this is a couple hundred dollors cheaper also.
I have this camera. It’s terrific! BTW, that “tripod stand” is a removable grip for taking vertical shots. There’s also a second shutter button for vertical shots. Very neat.
Is there a speed up feature that you know of? Where you can speed up the footage. I don’t know the proper name for it. msg and let me know. Thanks

Yes it is a mount. You attach it to a tripod and then attach the camera to it. A grip lol.
Yes, there is. After you take a picture, press the shutter down a little, and you’re ready to take another picture. You don’t have to wait for the previous picture to be saved to the card. Works great.

no its not. the mount is so you can still attach it to a tripod. its a grip. kodak says so itself

Zoom and pics are they awsome?
